"In this scenario,where there is a clear confusion regarding the status of the down,the game should have been stopped prior to third down and the correct down communicated to both teams.This should have happened regardless of the fact that Washington had no timeouts,and the time was within the two-minute time limit."

Jay Cutler is reportedly targeting the week 14 return of his ankle injury.However,his status for the game next Monday isn't expected until later in the buy madden 24 coins week.Bears director of football Marc Trestman said Cutler remains"week-to-week."
